Klaus Maria Brandauer’s Son

Austria has many sports idols who are actually from Austria. Lots of ski racers like Franz Klammer, Karl Schranz or Toni Sailer. My father loved them. There is of course Niki Lauda, the tennis pros Horst Skoff and Thomas Muster, my father hated them.
There are plenty. But the youngest and maybe the biggest star is David Alaba. David Alaba is Austria’s pride. The funny thing is, that Austria is the most xenophobic country in Europe and at the same time a black guy is the hero of this nation. And David Alaba is more Austrian than an Austrian can be. For me, he looks absolutly Austrian (if there is an Austrian look) he could be the son of Klaus Maria Brandauer.
He is one of the best football players in the world, so the pride is justified. I kneel in front of David Alaba and hopefully soon the whole of Austria will. Long live the new Emperor of Austria!
