On sharing No. 8

by Sam Chermayeff

I am most worried about getting bored. The ease of the day makes me wonder what happens when we just pack up and go elsewhere. The good times are already at hand. Where is the future? Again, how do I make right wrong? How do I expose something here that takes us further. I really don’t feel that there are any secrets, only the occasional bad mood to address. It is, however, all important though. We should not give in to laziness because with effort we can identify huge forces worth fighting despite our satisfaction. (Living against religion and the state is also very difficult to do: an early frustration defined.)
