side note to self

Two days ago I went to see a show by American artist B. Wurtz at Galerija Gregor Podnar. The show really put me at work, so to say, displaying a wide variety of works and ideas that seemed fresh yet old fashioned, retro-futuristic maybe?  I was reminded of how much I dedicate my existence as a writer to things that I feel a certain level of comfort towards; performance, the theatrical, art-historical research, only to discover I found all of those things in this show as well. I am just seeing what I want to see, aren’t I.Two days ago I went to see a show by American artist B. Wurtz at Galerija Gregor Podnar.
