Summer has come back to the city with a certain flavour to it, maybe it is matureness, maybe it is the rememberance of things past. It is a revival, and like every good show, the revival is different, maybe even better. You could feel the sun struggle to produce any real heat. But why are people so full of fear? Why are they clinging to all the things they would be better off without? We talked about hatred tonight, there was this discussion with the author Nicole Zepter, the author of the book Kunst Hassen, which was presented at the very nice Berlin bookstore uslarundrai, I presented the book and led the discussion and we talked about the way people are mistaken to think of hatred as a negativ feeling, it is a very positive force, positive like any destruction, like any ending. There is not enough ending these days. There is not enough hatred. It was a good and warm atmosphere, there in the bookstore on Schönhauser Allee. Everybody agreed. But what is the point of that?
