Sun-raying the city

The sun is not only good for measuring the time (see yesterday), it also shows hidden things. Working like an X-ray, the insights of the city become visible. Today the sun was raying Tour Total. The inner structure of the building becomes visible, and with this the utilisation level: The upper floor is almost empty, sometimes colourful lights appear in this part of the building in the evening. So I presume, that it is a kind of lounge area or party zone, there are some pieces of furniture on the left side. The other part of the floor is totally empty? Also the two floors below are empty. Who knows more about this luxurious situation?
