so many texts about to be written with friends. for example the manifesto with stefan on how we need to think (and write, and do art, and politics) in times of big data. stefan thinks wir sind alle freunde. we’re all friends because even our enemies are friends (of friends of ours). there are no negative links. we are linked as friends, as followers, as fans and we “like” it. friendship has become a technical concept. still it’s a very optimistic, nearly utopian concept: as a friend we share our data because friendship implies a symmetry of information.
